Spec 7 was founded by Gurveen Bath a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), Project Management Professional (PMP), with over a decade of experience delivering complex building envelope rehabilitation, liquid-applied roofing, waterproofing, and protective coatings projects across British Columbia. My career has been built on helping property owners, strata corporations, facility managers, and developers protect their assets through durable, high-performance building envelope solutions.
Having worked with industry-leading consulting firms including Stantec and Morrison Hershfield, I have successfully managed multimillion-dollar restoration and rehabilitation projects involving residential, commercial, institutional, and heritage buildings. My experience spans the entire project lifecycle, from condition assessments, design, and specifications through construction administration, quality assurance, and project closeout.
